Jenny Hobbs

Corporate Services Manager

Jenny hails from the Central Highlands region of Queensland and joined BDTNRM in March 2008.  Jenny worked as Deputy CEO with a number of local governments across the state. Jenny was attracted to BDTNRM because of her rural background and she enjoys the opportunity to help BDTNRM in the pursuit of business and governance excellence.

As the Corporate Services Manager Jenny has responsibility for managing the organisation’s Financial, Administrative, and Human Resource processes and services.

Her qualifications include a Bachelor of Business majoring in Accounting (CQU).  Jenny is a Certified Practicing Accountant (Deakin).  She is a qualified Justice of the Peace and a Workplace Trainer and Assessor.  

Committed to life long learning Jenny is currently studying with Chartered Secretaries Australia for a Graduate Diploma in Applied Governance.  

Jenny is interested in travel, golf, gardening, and calligraphy.
