Glenys Hargreave

Our Administration Officer Glenys was born in Sydney, and moved to Townsville with her family 2 weeks prior to Cyclone Althea in 1971.  Undaunted, Glenys stayed in Townsville and joined BDTNRM in July 2008 after working in Local Government managing and assisting community events and programs.  

Glenys’ role at BDTNRM is to administer reception and administrative assistance, travel and accommodation bookings and agenda and minute preparation. Glenys has qualifications in Business Administration and Frontline Management.

In her spare time she likes to swim and spend time at home and is persevering with violin lessons, hoping that one day her neighbours will actually enjoy hearing her practice.
